The program operated by Source One Home Facility is a 6 bed home licensed under the rules of Adult Foster Care in Wayne County.This colonial structured home consists of Living Room and Dining Room (Total 405 sq. ft.), Full Kitchen with three (3) bedrooms on the second floor along with a Full Bathroom.We believe in respecting every resident and staff regardless to race, religion, gender, marital status and national origin.Source One will serve a population of 18 to 80 years old adults, Mentally Impaired, Developmentally Disabled, Emotionally Impaired, minor physically impaired (walkers or canes), diabetic and seizure clients, etc. All residents must be ambulatory.
