Open Hearts is located in a peacful quiet neighborhood, a nice clean community, and a golf course near by. We have 5 bedrooms in our ficility. We provide nutritious meals, in and out door activities, such as walking, story time, coloring, making puzzles, arts and crafts, having parties, and many more! The bus, max, groceries, college, and other things are at a 5 minute walking distance away. We do give transportation to appointments if needed.
