Dad has had great care, and so far hasn't had any complaints (which is a pretty big deal). The meals are delicious and the variety is wonderful. The only issue we run into is the younger youth that serve are sometimes slow to serve and fairly inattentive. We always get our meals, and they are always good though. The facility offers so many options for all kinds of activities, both in house and in the community. Our dad still won't participate, but that is his personal choice, not anything to do with the facility. Cost is always a hard one to rate. We would probably say 4 on this simply because it is a lot of money each month, and finding that we have to pay above and beyond that for diapers, etc medication, food brought to his room, and any other incidentals, was a bit surprising. However, we do recognize that they are on the lower end for our area, and he is getting excellent round the clock care. \n\nI hope this helps!
