New Century Home Care is a New York State Department of Health Licensed Home Health Care Agency licensed in all five boroughs and Nassau County.

New Century's Certified Home Health Aides and Personal Care Aides are expertly trained to address your loved one's physical and mental vulnerabilities, provide assistance with activities of daily living, light housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry, and other needs. All care is monitored by a Registered Nurse. Our skilled caregivers provide customized home care and support that enrich your loved one's life and maintain the quality of daily routines.

New Century Home Care gives you options when it comes to caring for your loved one at home. Each of these options reflects our commitment to helping your loved one remain independent, happy and in optimal physical condition. Our services are available on an hourly and live-in basis and we are available wherever home is, including assisted living communities.
