So those items like Tylenol, Metamucil, Prilosec , vitamins are an additional (higher than Walmart prices) charge. Most of the staff is great, but there are some that maybe aren't so great. That seems to happen more on the weekends when they're using fill ins versus the regular staff. But I know part of that is because it's not routine for them and certain things can be challenging. They have good activities, I just wish they'd offer them more on the weekends. They serve great meals. Communication with the family is very good. Though it can be a challenge to get ahold of someone in the evenings. One thing I would suggest is that the staff wear their name tags. I know they have them, but not all of them wear them. Wearing them would be helpful for the residents, especially those who have Dementia. Overall, this facility is a nice, small place. It's pretty low key as far as the atmosphere and the residents. And the facility is very clean, neat, and organized, which is really important to me. The one thing I don't really understand is if you don't let them draft your bank account for payment, it costs $25 per month to pay by check, which I think is absurd. That's my one big gripe. The thing that sticks out most about the facility is the friendliness of all of the staff.
