Marigold Apartments

Marigold Apartments has proudly served area independent adults aged 62+, who meet HUD’s income requirements, since 2002. Our most important relationship is with our tenants. Our tenants satisfaction is the driving force behind every decision we make.

Marigold Apartments is located on the north end of Grand Island, NY in the county of Erie. We are approximately 1mile from The Grand Island Plaza and about 2 miles from Town Hall. Grand Island is a quiet suburban town with many local shops and services for residences.

Currently 38 residents call Marigold their home. Our tenants have spear headed some evening activities (Bingo, movies, card games) in our spacious Community Room. Our Community Room is equipped with a computer for tenants, a T.V. an entertainment center, and a kitchen for group functions or family celebrations. The wooded area behind the building has become a wonderful place to observe various species of birds. A library of books in the Community Room provides enjoyable reading for those that live at Marigold.
