Life’s Blessings Assisted Living Home is located in beautiful North Phoenix Moon Valley and is licensed by the Arizona Department of Health Services to provide all three levels of care - supervisory, personal and directed.Our goal is to provide 24-hour per day, personalized care with all the comforts of home (just ask). The home has seven private bedrooms fully furnished with basic cable, phone and call bell. We will accommodate resident’s furniture and pets.The home also offers a quiet living room (perfect for private family visitation), library and game room, exercise bike, family / TV room as well as a play pool perfect for those hot days.We look forward to having you tour our facility and know it will be love at first site.
