A Great Place for Mom
The staff at Jewel Place, regardless of position, are routinely on the floor interacting with the residents. The atmosphere of the facility is relaxed and welcoming. The facility is kept clean at all times. There are lots of fun activities seven days a week. My Mom loves the food. Family members are invited to join the activities if they are interested. I would recommend Jewel Place to family and friends.

Mom is happy and content
I give them a 5 on all categories. It was the perfect solution due to your recommendation.
Staff acts like they all love their job and the residents and the residents seem to really appreciate the staff.
We chose Jewel Place initially because of the staffs' appreciation of the significance of their responsibilities, the spacious 1 bedroom apartment furnished with mom's favorite things, the ability to add the level of service she will need in the future.

Great care in a small community
This facility is bright and cheery. It's a small facility, but that's what makes it homey. Being smaller....the meal choices and activities may be limited, but quick and good care are definitely an advantage. Housekeeping is once a week and it's great. Communication with the family is good, they're very responsive. I have heard and I do feel like this facility is the best in town, which is a great thing for a small town. I would definitely recommend this facility to family and friends.

Wonderful facility and staff
We have a family member in residence at Jewel Place for the last year. We have found the facilities to be factastic— always immaculate, as well as warm and inviting. Our family member enjoys the array activities and events offered. And the staff is top notch.

Highly recommend
We chose Jewel Place because they came recommended to us. When we put in an inquiry they responded to me immediately. Since she has moved here, anytime I have had any type of issue they respond quickly and thoroughly. The attitudes of everyone has been marvelous. Everyone has been very upbeat and happy. The facility is bright and cheerful and something is going on at all times. In the 2 months my mother has been here, she is thriving.

Ellexcent Place
I like the community because it is smaller. The staff are very friendly and has a good atmosphere. They are always pitching in to assist with the residents. The staff will make time to answer the family's questions.

Nice, but No Skilled Nursing
I called Jewel Place while I was looking for a place for my loved one to go for respite care. The person I spoke with was friendly and knowledgeable, but during our conversation, I learned that they did not have skilled nursing there. Unfortunately, this community would not have been a good fit for my loved one as a result.
