Each unit consists of 2 bedrooms, attached garage, four season porch, appliances and a gas fireplace. Each unit is approximately 1440 square feet all on one level. Maintenance includes snow plowing (common areas and individual driveways and sidewalks), lawn care, trash removal and appliance maintenance for a low monthly service fee.
