Grateful for Grace Pointe
Both of my parents live at Grace Pointe, and I couldn’t feel more blessed to have the caring, loving and grace filled staff taking care of my family. In fact they take care of all of us! They keep us informed of what is going on with them, they are quick to respond if I call regarding anything about my parents, these calls are more about me needing confirmation about them, than questions about their care. To have them surrounded by such beautiful people, and live in such a fabulous facility is a God-send!

A great facility
We toured Grace Pointe during our search for Assisted Living for our loved one and it looked like a great facility. Our tour guide was great. The atmosphere and friendliness were very good, also.

Grateful for Grace Pointe

Bring Madeline Back she is missed
Grace Pointe WAS a very nice facility until there was a change in management and they dismissed [name removed] who was loved by all the residents and their families. [Name removed] interacted with all of the residents in a very loving and caring manner. [Name removed] was abruptly removed from the ones that she loved and they loved her. This abrupt change in personnel is very difficult when dealing with the elderly. We hope that the new manager will reconsider their decision to remove and replace [name removed] as the social director of Grace Pointe. It is difficult enough for the resident to adjust with the constant turn over of most of the staff, but [name removed] was a cornerstone of Grace Pointe. Please bring her back, with out [name removed] Grace Pointe will just not be the same.

Lack of care and compassion for your loved family member.
If you are looking for a rehab facility, please look elsewhere. Grace Pointe only wants patients that are complacent, and have their patients who want to stay in their rooms to watch TV all day. If a patient needs medication crushed, the nursing staff will try to give the pills in a cup, rather than crushing them. Family needs to be there to "train" each nurse to crush the medication. I'm not sure what patients do that do not have family available. Medication is given out at inconsistent times. Our mother wondered around asking for family members for three hours, and staff would not call the family. She worked herself into a state where when a friend came to visit, she thought mom was going to have a stroke. Family members live nearby and always said if there is any issues to please call. No calls were ever made. Then we were told that we could not take my mother out of the facility without doctors approval and then it could only be for a 3-4 period of time. We just found out this was not the case. When the family raises questions concerning these situations; mom is dismissed, due to not being able to progress further in rehab because of cognitive function. This was difficult to understand, because she is still making progress at a different assisted living facility. Grace Pointe advertises that they are the Premier facility in the Greeley area, I believe they have a lot of work to do, to live up to that standard. This was very disappointing experience for all of our family.

Best Place in Greeley
I cannot believe this amazing place! MY "auntie" lives at Grace Point and I have a hard time finding her at times. IT is truly a family community with numerous activities that residents, as well as family members, are welcome to attend. HEr dementia has improved since living there. I have been a nurse for 40 years and have been to most every home in Greeley. THe staff and management go beyond expectations! GOd has a special place for you all! I am appreciative for your care!

Wonderful care.
My father spent almost two months at Grace Pointe for rehab following a stroke. We were very impressed with the quality of care he received there. The nursing staff and the therapists were wonderful.

That is an excellent facility.
That is an excellent facility. If she ever needed a rehab I would definitely choose them. They accommodated her memory needs and felt like they took extra care to look out for her. I liked the arrangement where the food was served by people who knew the residents and what their dietary needs and preferences were. They didn't offer memory care on a long term basis here, unfortunately. The staff is wonderful and they are just a wonderful place, I can't say enough good things about them.

This was our second choice.
When we were looking around, this was our second choice, and we had been to rehab here. I will say I think there is a little more nursing attention, in the rehab portion. We liked them a lot. They didn't really have the availability here when we were looking. I liked the fact that they had a certified nurse here. They were also good about getting the residents out of their room for activities, and meals. However my loved one didn't like the size of it, and she would get confused, and there were a lot of people here too.

The girls were very good with her, and very encouraging.
I was really happy with the work they did with my loved one in the rehab. She liked it enough. They were pretty aggressive with her therapy. The girls were very good with her, and very encouraging.
