Golden Care Adult Family Care Home is situated in Eagles View Subdivision, West Salem, Oregon. We provide personal care, comfortable family setting, and support to those who need help in the activities of daily living.

At Golden Care Adult Family Care Home residents are treated with respect, dignity, and individuality. We offer a cost effective option to large assisted living communities and long-term care facilities. We operate informally consistent with residential character, but with abundance of love and compassion.

Golden Care Adult Family Home Care is run and operated by a husband (Titus) and wife (Divina) caregivers living at the residence. Titus and Divina have backgrounds in nursing and education, respectively. With additional caregivers on board, Golden Care provides excellent caregiver-to-resident ratio providing 24-hour care to residents.

Additionally, Golden Care Adult Family Home Care is assisted by Venti (silky terrier) and Tazo (Yorkshire Terrier). Venti and Tazo are the resident companions and therapy dogs.

We are licensed and regularly monitored by Oregon Dept. of Human Services - Northwest Senior and Disabled Services. Our family care home accepts Medicaid, Private Pay, and Long Term Care Insurance.
