Gauthier Family Home Care is a family run non-medical private duty home care agency that is client / family focused. We have been caregiving for our families for 10+ years and have become passionate about giving back to the previous "Greatest Generation".

We go to the greatest lengths to vet our caregivers. We do background checks, credit checks, drug screens, call all references and use a licensed personality assessment tool to vet each caregiver we hire. Our experience is that we actually hire only one candidate out of every 100 resumes that come our way. The ultimate litmus test after extensive screening and interviews is "would we send this person to take care of our loved one?" If not, we simply pass on that candidate.

We understand the challenges facing the family caregiver and their loved one. We have been there, and we can help you navigate this very stressful period in your lives. We can also tell you it will be the most rewarding experience you will go through. Exhausting, but rewarding!
