Friendly Towers

Friendly Towers is an inter-generational retirement residence owned and staffed by Jesus People USA Evangelical Covenant Church members and affiliated with Cornerstone Community Outreach. We are located three blocks from beautiful Lake Michigan. We currently have rooms available on our private senior floors and are interviewing applicants.

Payment for a furnished room, all utilities, three meals per day served in our dining room, weekly housekeeping, social services and phone service. The distinguishing feature of Friendly Towers is its life. Besides being owned and managed by a church, we offer the most economical rooms & home-cooked meals in Chicago. Each room is furnished with a phone, and we have 24-hour security at our front desk. Because all staff both live and work in the building, they can be reached in an emergency when the office is closed.

Please remember the applicant must: be 55 years or older, have a steady monthly income, understand that this is an SRO building and tenants are not allowed to cook in their rooms.
