Based on my past experience, I would give it a solid 4. They have a nice like bistro for drinks, fruit, pastries, soup and salads type things. Open until like 2 pm. Always something to do, games, cards, movies, trips, shopping, a bar for those that have that need, library, crafts, get togethers for special holidays and birthday.
