Fairview Nursing Plaza is a 213 bed skilled nursing facility.  In addition to being Medicaid certified, we have 28 certified Medicare beds and can provide exceptional wound care, trach care, and top-rated occupational, physical, and speech therapies.  Our nursing staff are here to serve each resident's needs with care and understanding.

Fairview Nursing Plaza is a unique facility in that we also specialize in treating patients with behavioral and psychiatric issues.  Our psych-social staff are trained in behavioral interventions, crisis prevention, and meeting the mental health needs of our residents.

At Fairview Nursing Plaza our management team is personally involved in each resident's care and situation.  Our managers are knowledgeable about each individual's needs and assist our staff with meeting those needs.  Our managers are available 24 hours/day, 7 days/week for assistance.  At Fairview Nursing Plaza our philosophy is care, patience, and understanding.  Our priority is to meet each resident's individual needs and desires.  Feel free to call us or come by for a tour.
