We hire our caregivers after going through an extensive recruiting procedure which is based on an initial interview, Back ground checks, experience verification and providing them with a twenty four hours pre services training. In addition, it is mandatory for a caregiver to attend an "In-Service" quarterly trainings and continuous educational sessions in order to maintain the high standards of quality services.
