We assist seniors with independence in their community, along with allowing families peace of mind that their loved one is safe and happy in their own home. The reason to choose Compassionate Nursing is simply our people. We interview 20-30 caregivers before we find the right one. After finding caregivers we screen them with reference checks, six different background checks, and then we bring them in for Compassionate Caregiver Camp. After the camp they must pass a competency exam before being hired. We do all of this because we know your family is the most important thing in your life. Home care services are not only for the patient, it also provides piece of mind to the family. At Compassionate Nursing we focus on the entire family by educating, communicating, and supporting with our concierge services. Each patient is someone’s Mom, Dad, husband, or wife so we bring a family approach to dealing with your family’s situation.
