If you are looking for quality home care, nothing is more important than selecting the right caregiver for your loved one. Champion Caregivers has a proven process to address this need. As a member of the Caregiver Quality Assurance program, we go above and beyond the norm when selecting quality caregivers to ensure the best care is provided.
Champion Caregivers is one of only three agencies in the DFW area that is a member of this elite program. This program allows Champion Caregivers the ability to select only individuals with the values necessary to make each client and family member's experience safe and worry-free.
Champion Caregivers' Pre-employment Assessment is unique technology that identifies individuals with the potential to put loved ones at risk. The caregiver pre-employment assessment examines whether an applicant has the right attitude to provide quality care. These criteria include: Dependability, Integrity, Hostility and Substance Abuse.
Champion Caregivers uses the Caregiver Quality Assurance Program, including the Pre-employment Assessment, criminal background checks, drug testing and reference checks to ensure its clients and their loved ones feel confident in the quality of care received. About 92% of applicants do not meet our criteria and will typically go to work for other agencies.

Chuck and I have been very pleased with both the daily care given to him and also the professional and caring concern of both Ken and Susie. I feel very comfortable leaving my husband with his caregiver. She is the perfect one to take care of him and he doesn't want any one else. There is a bond between them, just like family. I don't worry about him while at work. I can't rate the company and the caregiver high enough. Thank you for coming into our lives.
Ken and staff were thorough in assessing my mother's needs and selecting a caregiver who was able to provide the kind of support she needed. The caregiver was prompt, sensitive and thorough in the care she provided and showed flexibility when we needed to modify her schedule. Everyone showed concern for our family's needs. Regardless the physical or emotional challenges the caregiver remained positive and upbeat.
As advertised, Champion Caregivers takes great care in selecting personnel that are attentive and compassionate. Additionally, the owners, Ken & Sue, bring professional expertise to the entire process regularly evaluating the patient, caregivers, as well as the home environment to achieve maximum safety and comfort. Champion Caregivers remained flexible in scheduling and professional in all interactions through multiple hospital visits and discharges home. Champion Caregiver's presence relieved me of an added layer of stress while caring for my loved one. I will not hesitate to turn to Ken & Sue in the future if needed.
Champion Care Givers has done an excellent job for our family. Organized and kind, they have been perfect for Mom's needs and they have worked so hard to accommodate our family. Not many people understand the difficulties of caring for an aging parent, but Champion Care has really stepped up to the plate. We highly recommend them with 5 stars!
