Palm trees and lush landscaping provide a quiet, peaceful atmosphere. We offer the largest floor plans for seniors in Hemet Ca. Catalina Gardens is a secure community with gated parking and a FREE assigned carport is included with every apartment. The community offers a 1200 sq. ft. clubhouse with kitchen facility and outdoor patio for your enjoyment. The two floor plans have large kitchens with European cabinetry and an abundance of storage throughout. The large rooms provide comfortable spacious living, upgraded carpeting and drapery treatments. Each apartment is very open and airy with windows in each room providing excellent cross ventilation and light. The property is exceptionally maintained and managed by a friendly onsite manager.
