Our locations are all easily accessible from Routes RT. 1, 128, 95, and 93.If you desire easy access to Boston's many Businesses, Schools, Sporting events and cultural activities, we encourage you to make your home at Canton Estates.We have no age restrictions here at Canton Estates, as our residents are not only seniors but also families and professionals. Please note that all applications are subject to income requirements for approval and we are not a section 8 property. In addition, there is no elevator access and we do not currently have handicap accessible apartments.
