Great management.
My family member is not here, but the one thing I will tell you is that [name removed] the Director is wonderful and was very cooperative and followed up. He's great. There are some negatives to the building but the staff were very nice.

Great management.

My mom lives here
I’m so glad my mother is at Brookdale Stuart. Where I know she is safe and happy. The Director Wendy Smith and the staff care for all her needs.
She is 100 years old and they had an awesome birthday party. I see them do those things often. We love their entertainment and activities.

Homelike community
Unique community. I loved that it was designed like a home with individual apartments. I also thought that the staff really knew everyone. While I was visiting they were talking and laughing with the people who lived there. I wish my uncle could’ve moved in there.

Definitely recommended
The staff members that I have dealt with have all been very kind and caring. The housekeeping seems to be good as well. I haven't done the white glove approach, but my mother in law's apartment seems to be in order. Communication with the family has been great. According to my mother in law, she likes the food and from what I have seen it sure looks good too. That is something she says quite often so I am happy about that. I would definitely recommend this facility to others. My mother in law is not all about the fuss and Brookdale Stuart is very quaint and just right for her.

Stability of the staff appealed to me
I toured this community and I was impressed. It's very nice and well maintained. Staff was very friendly. Many of them have worked here for years. The stability of the staff really appealed to me. They seem to have their act together here. Definitely a facility that we are considering.

Mom at brookdale stuart
I would like to commend you for your creation of such a wonderful & affordable concept for anyone who needs assistance with their daily routines. Brookdale Stuart, nurses, aids, dining, has given Mom the best care filling her days with enjoyable moments with her new friends. Staff takes time to learn the lives of their residents enjoying the life history of each & every resident. Brookdale is a quaint community that feels like home. The highest compliment we could pay as we encounter others is to recommend to them that they explore Brookdale Stuart assisted living because we consider it to be the "benchmark" for assisted living programs. Mom’s opportunity to be a member of Brookdale Stuart was made simple with guidance. We’d also like to compliment the Administrative staff for their role in a smooth move in process. The Executive Director [name removed], Health & Wellness Director [name removed], Sales Manager [name removed], an exceptional team that turned my moms worries into worry free days.

The Best Place for Mom
This is the only place I want my mom to be. The people are very kind, and so many of them have long-term tenure there. This particular Brookdale is very small and personable. I think it's a great place, and I wouldn't want my mom anywhere else. A lot of people are looking for the fancy façade, but for me, I like the hominess of Brookdale and what happens when I walk in the front door. The staff are very caring and take great care of my loved one. Those are the things that I care about, and we have all of that here.

I would not recommend them
The staff members were very friendly while our loved one was there, however it was a locked facility and the staff had left a door open. Our loved one was able to get outside, get into a car with keys left in it and go on a 15 mile drive. She was chased down by 3 police officers. Luckily she was safe and the community was veyr apologetic for 3 days but then gave us a 24 hour eviction notice. I would not put my dog there.

A wonderful caring community
We loved the Brookdale Stuart community. We would absolutely recommend them to others. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff members really stood out to us. They were always very accommodating. Most of the time the meals were good, but our loved one sometimes did not like them. But the activities were very good.

My review of Brookdale
We chose Brookdale Stuart because the staff members, they were very caring and helpful. The room sizes were great and spacious. I would want others to know that it is a facility strictly for memory care individuals. We did have some issues with the care such as I had to give him showers and they could not lift him. Overall, I would recommend to others.

EXCELLENT STAFF!!
My Mom is at Brookdale, and Very Happy. The Staff is EXCELLENT! The cost however is too much, even though Mom gets s.s. and partial pension, and help from the V.A., but I still have to incur the remainder. I am retired and still living in our house. If I could I would have Mom back home, of course I would! I was Mom's caregiver thru 3 surgeries, and was working still full time. After Mom's 4th fall in the early morning hours,(I had given her a bell and had her phone by her bed, she fell trying to get to the bathroom, and could not reach anything), she broke her pelvis. She was in the hospital for a couple of weeks and at re-hab. I could not let this happen again! My sister and I started looking for assisted living facilities. Mom kept saying, she just wants to come home! My sister found Brookdale, and we decided that was the best place out of other facilities (even though I live in P.S.L., and would go and see her almost every day, before COVID-19). I want to reiterate the Staff, is EXCELLENT ! The cost keeps going up though, and is a hardship on my Sister and I. Mom has been at Brookdale now since [date removed], and she never once said she wants to come home! At first I was very sad!, but I know she is taken care of, better than I could do and she is Happy and Content! .That's all my Sister and I want for Mom. (I do miss seeing her almost everyday and spending time with her!), I do go by now often and have her come to the window, but it's not the same!, but I understand and know that she is Safe!

Feels like home
I absolutely loved this community. It's small so mom wasn't overwhelmed and had no problem getting around. The staff is warm and friendly, they made us feel like part of the family.
Mom's been there for 2 months now and she feels right at home!

Great Community
Very nice community with a warm home like atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and you could tell they loved their jobs and treated the residents like family.
Mom needed more help than I could give her and this community was the closest thing to home I saw.

Mom loves it
The staff at this community is very friendly and courteous. They seem to be genuinely concerned about my mother's well being and that she stay active. The facility is small enough to stay friendly but large enough to give variety. My mother says the food is good and they serve early meals. The staff is genuine and make her feel right at home.

As close to home as you can get
I treated this search process like buying a house and I really felt at home at Brookdale Stuart They have a good higher level of care and the staff treats my mom with care and respect. I chose Brookdale Stuart because it left me with the best feeling overall. I felt a connection and home like feeling to this community over the other places I toured. They really relate to each resident as an individual.

We loved the smaller size of this community and fewer residents so that our mother would not be lost in the shuffle. The exterior has been updated and they have plans on updating the interior in August. We loved their garden area and resident bunnies, turtles, and baby birds. However, in it's current stage it is lacking.
