Helpful. Clean environment. When calling a tech for tv problems, he came right away and fixed. Food. Very poor. I had to watch my sister-in-law try a bite of food that was made for her. It was too stiff and two dents, and she started screaming and crying because she was scared and it stuck, she cannot eat it. It's stuck to the roofer her mouth and she does not have a tongue to help her with that, she was hysterical. No help for a few minutes. Eventually, the food was taken away and never brought back with any alternative. Luckily, she had something in the refrigerator that she could eat as she was really really hungry. Apparently after I left, they brought the same thing back to her for dinner. This is unacceptable. Please look at her orders. Please puree her food. If it can mold into a form, it's too dense and too hard. You must get this right. The aid left with the food said she should be back to, and talked to the kitchen. We never heard another word she never came back.
