So grateful to Brentwood Staff!!!
I will be forever grateful to the entire Brentwood Community for the care they recently provided for my 54 year old brother. After surgery and needing rehab to get back on his feet, he was brought to Brentwood. While he was only there for about 4 days, it was the quick action on the part of the nursing staff that discovered he suddenly had a post-operative complication. While some facilities would have kept an eye on the situation for a while before a decision was made to send him to the hospital, the staff on 7E knew immediately that he needed to be taken to the hospital. And, in the words of the surgeon "I am glad that decision was made as it could have been disastrous." He is thankfully recovering now and I would like everyone to know that you can see in the staffs' eyes the care and concern. The way they treat their residents is warm, caring, friendly and although sometimes time consuming, they take the time to listen. It is a clean, friendly safe environment. From Reception, to Admissions to Nursing and Housekeeping they are a very special Team. They help you feel comfort in knowing your loved one is cared for appropriately. Thank you so very much. Do not send a loved one here
Besides a small handful of people at this facility, this is not a place for your loved one to go. Very unorganized and extremely short staffed. Nurses are nice but rehab does the bare minimum. Upper management is horrible

I have never been so worried to leave my grandmother
This place is so scary never ever bring your loved ones here, This place is so run down staff doesn't care they leave my 92-year-old grandmother in dirty diapers and let her get a uti and I expressed this to the staff and they look at me like i don't speak English. They have move her to a locked-down unit that i didn't feel safe in myself never mind my sweet 92-year grandmother in. I am very concerned and want to get her moved ASAP!

Worst place I've ever been to
As a retired nurse let me tell you about my experience here. First of all I am so grateful for my independence. The staff here never once asked me if I needed anything in the 2 weeks that I was here. I made my own bed daily and took my own showers. I spent a fortune on takeout as the food here is disgusting. Not only that it's cold by the time you get it. I'm here for medical reasons but I did get to work with a few of the physical therapy people and they are awesome. So are the girls in activities. I would never come here again and I am going to tell my doc not to send anymore patients here.

So grateful to Brentwood Staff!!!
I will be forever grateful to the entire Brentwood Community for the care they recently provided for my 54 year old brother. Their therapy is excellent. The transfers are good and safe, they make sure there are two aides with me. The food service is very good, I love the food. The chefs have many different kinds, and I enjoy all of them.

I think the nursing staff is very efficient. You get your meds on time and they are very polite. I'm grateful to be here, and I think all of the staff is pretty good. I get along with the other patients too. Some of us play poker at dinner and lunch. I have fun with that. I thought that there would be outings and there doesn't seem to be any. I think that would be nice to have. Other than that, everything is good. The social worker I find especially good. I would definitely place my mother here.

I think they do well by giving my mother everything she needs. The only thing, my mother did mention, was that when she rings it takes longer than expected for them to respond. Other than that, they've been pretty good.

My loved one's experience has not been going well. He waits for a while, sitting in his wheelchair, when he wants to go to bed. The nurse's station is not answering the phone. We had an issue today and the nurse has not called me back.

They are quick, kind and efficient. There is a soft-spoken nurse who seems to care about the patients. She jumps in to help. I saw the doctor once and he was in a hurry. They are always in my room sweeping and mopping. I had to go to the desk to find out when I will be released. I asked for a copy of my medical records and a nurse is helping me with that.

Brentwood has been excellent! None of them are mean they all have good attitudes. They are good for everyone. The nurses are so good. They have been really good about getting me things right when I ask. The nurses have been right there for me. My medication is always on time. Everything is very clean including my room. The meals are delicious! They have good communication. They are right there for me and accessible.

My mom has been to a couple of facilities, and this one has been more accepting. My mom seems to be feeling better and is happy. Everyone has been friendly and it's actually very clean. I have gotten a couple of complaints from my mom about the food and I would like a more expansive menu. They've been communicating fairly well.
