Beaver Hill Village

 

Beaver Hill Village is an active 55+ community of 43 units in a neat, quiet and peaceful manufactured home community.  It has a pastoral and lake setting with the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains as a backdrop.  It is only just west of the University of Virginia, in Western Albemarle county.  It is only a quick drive to the Skyline Drive or Shenandoah Valley.  It is convenient to have I-64 only a few miles from the Village.

 

Beaver Hill is an urban area with all the amenities of subdivision living: public water/sewer, paved and lighted private streets, with all utility hook-ups in place. Snow removal and trash pickup are provided at no cost; plus, there are no association fees.
The community is conveniently located minutes from the Martha Jefferson Health Center; and a few miles from the Martha Jefferson and the University of Virginia Hospitals.
It is near educational facilities such as the University of Virginia and Piedmont Community College.
Grocery, hardware stores, post office, several recreation parks, pharmacy, library, restaurants and golf courses are within two miles of the community.
