Assisted Living Residence: In the assisted living residence, licensed nurses and resident assistants provide individualized assistance with monitoring medications, bathing, dressing, grooming, and other activities of daily living. A consistent staff is assigned to the assisted living residence with coverage 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, assuring the same resident-to-staff ratio is present every day.

Skilled Nursing Center: In the skilled nursing center, registered nurses and licensed practical nurses, with the help of competency-evaluated nursing assistants, provide short- and long-term skilled nursing care on a 24-hour basis. The skilled nursing center is an appropriate setting for individuals who are recovering from surgery or illness, require concentrated rehabilitation or need ongoing long-term care. Our restorative approach reinforces the appropriate healing and rehabilitation process and promotes independence. The skilled nursing center features furnished private and semi-private rooms. We encourage residents to personalize their room.

Memory Support Residence: As part of the Beacon Hill at Eastgate community, the Mary and Martha Center is uniquely designed to meet the special needs of seniors with Alzheimer Disease and other memory disorders. At the Mary and Martha Center we believe in collaborative problem solving rather than custodial control.

The dementia care/memory support unit within the Mary and Martha Center is a Special-Care Unit (SCU). This unit is a secure area in order to ensure the safety of the residents. The 19-room unit (suites and studios) is specially designed to meet the specific needs of people with dementia or other memory disorders.

A consistent staff is assigned to the dementia/memory support unit, with coverage 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, assuring the same resident-to-staff ratio is present every day.
