Our Home We are a State Licensed, family owned, Assisted Living Facility. Our home offers 6 beds, spacious living areas and personalized care all located on 11.5 scenic country acres.

Our assisted living family home is a wonderful option for those that are seeking a more personal and loving environment for themselves or their loved one. Here at Barn Swallow Manor we offer assistance with daily living, security, companionship and personalized care. Made possible by our 3 full time live-in staff.

Proper nutritional support is also provided with tasty home cooked meals, served with plenty of fresh vegetables and fruit, just like mom used to make.

Our Philosophy of Assisted Living We believe in the "real family model" of adult foster care. Our clients are encouraged to participate with the other residents by playing games talking, and doing activities. They rarely sit in their rooms they are spending time with each other having good time.

Our highest priority is to keep our clients the healthiest they can be. We want to make sure that both our clients minds and bodies stay as active and useful as possible. To further this goal we go on various short outings as group.
