Arbor Cottage at Upas is a wonderful Craftsman home located in the vibrant, friendly "Historic Craftsman District" of Northpark, San Diego. The property has gardens, patios, and decks with outdoor seating. 
Within walking distance, residence can enjoy parks, restaurants, shopping, the San Diego Zoo and Balboa Park libraries, museums, community centers, golf course and much more. Arbor Cottage at Upas is an integral part of a lively and warm neighborhood.
Public transportation is available on the same block. The 805, 5, 15 freeways and San Diego Down Town are all easily accessible just a few block away. We are a small facility and will accept just 2-4 residents. This truly is a family home for me and my beautiful 2 year old boy. And we welcome your loved one to enjoy our lovely home with us.
