Overall it was a decent place. Some things could be improved, but better than the homes that except Medicaid. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, as with anywhere nowadays there were a few that did as little as possible. Our person often told me they would take forever to get her to the bat...

My mother has lived at Freedom Village since 1999, first in a beautiful condo, next in Assisted Living and finally in Skilled Care for the last 5 years. She is now 96 years old, legally blind, hard of hearing, and has advanced dementia. She spends most of her time in a wheelchair and is happy in her...

We like the modern takes the facility has, it is brand new so it jumps out at you as being quite lovely. Since it is a newer community and them having to start fro scratch there are a few areas that could use some improvement, and work out the kinks. Most of the staff members are pretty friendly.
