Spring Hills

I moved my Mother to Singing Woods from another facility where she had been a resident for 2 1/2 years. What a contrast - a positive one. All the staff have been so friendly and helpful. My mother and I have felt welcome and special from day one. The nurses & caregivers interaction with her is amazing. They are patient and kind. She has been at singing woods for over a year now and she has received excellent care. I have not one complaint and I have not regretted moving her one bit. I can relax and know she is receiving excellent care.

Sweetest place for your loved one. EVERYone is kind, thoughtful and concerned. The staff is NOT just friendly, they are genuinely kind and concerned. It is not possible to train a staff to be good people--only good hearted people are hired here. Amazing! [Removed] has been so great helping my Mom adjust to this new life. Residents are allowed to have pets AND the food is magnificent. Have I said enough. I want to come here one day!

The memory care unit has doors that need a passcode to get in or out. The food looks good and they do offer a few healthy snacks. They accommodate each memory care residents dietary needs. The staff interactive with the residents and they know everyone by name. This is a smaller community and they offer personal hands on care. The community is clean and I would recommend taking a look at this community.

Spring Hills takes great care of my mother-in-law and have for years. Spring Hills is the BEST! Thanks for all you do.

My father is adjusting well since his move to Spring Hills, he loves it and they are very on top of thing there. They have good meals and he is enjoying the activities. We have eaten there and there is a large variety and everyone I have encountered is always very nice and friendly. The aide that was with my father would send us pictures of him. They have the computer set up so that we can see what he is joining. The room is very nice. It is a much brighter atmosphere. It makes it more pleasant. We like that they have different levels of care and it is a flat fee.

My mother has lived in Spring Hills for over 4 years. Spring Hills is wonderful and their staff is superb. The building looks like a nice boutique hotel. My mother is happy there. The staff are extremely caring and do a great job. I sleep better at night knowing that the Spring Hills staff work hard 24/7 to take marvelous care of the residents.

My Mom is treated with great care. People working here always know where she is and what she is doing and how she is feeling. The staff is so in tune with each resident and residents laugh and interact freely with staff, with guests and with each other. The overall atmosphere is upbeat and jovial. Happiness is not drug induced, it is a product of caring people.

My dad and I visited four (4) Communities looking for a place for him and mom. We choose Spring Hills Assisted Living for two main reasons: First, they had a two bedroom suite available that was a perfect fit for them. And second, the community felt more like home and not like a hotel. A large number of the residents were out of their room visiting with others or participating in one of the many activities. The clincher was meeting [Removed] who is the Community Relations Counselor. Her caring attitude from the start made us feel like one of the family. She is amazing! My folks have been living there for one month so far and just love it. They have made a lot of new friends and the staff has been great. Their care has been superb. I would highly recommend Spring Hills Hunters Creek.

We really like this facility! The facility is smaller, so it feels more homey and the staff is very attentive. I also appreciated the fact that the facility fits my very specific needs, as far as location and care for my mother. Overall, we are pleased!

This community is working out well for my mother in law. So far we are pleased with all they have done for us. She is safe, and in good hands overall. Everything is working out well for her in this community.

Really loved this facility and it's my first choice when it comes if and when my mother requires memory care.

I can't say enough about the staff and facility at the spring hills in Lake Mary Florida. My father entered this facility about 2 months ago and I am impressed by the caring nature of the staff as well as the cleanliness, wonderful meals and the attention he receives. From the moment we entered Springhills we were greeted by their friendly reception and professional staff. It has been a bit of a challenge for my father as he has some dementia but the people at Springhills have been understanding and continue their efforts to involve him in the many activities offered on a daily basis.

From the moment we toured Spring Hills with [Removed], we knew this was it. No pressure, no contracts, which is what we wanted. The attention to detail and easy transition for my parents was flawless. Mom suffered a stroke and needs more assistance then dad can provide but they are together in their new apartment home and very happy. The "team" @ Spring Hills is caring, kind, compassionate and energetic. We are very happy ??.

Dad really liked this community. We all did (my two brothers were with us). They didn't have availability for the unit he liked, but it may work out so that Dad has time to go back to NC and clear out his apartment and get used to the idea. No formal committments were made, but there may be hope.

Spring Hills at Hunters creek in Orlando, Fl. has been an absolute blessing to my loved one and our family! The caring and support of the nurses, staff and aids has been more than we could had asked for! I highly recommend them!

This community is clean and well taken care of and by far is one of the best ones that I have toured. I am trying to find a place to put my 88 year old Mom who has the early stages of Alzheimer's.

The community is just like my grandma's home. The sales staff [removed] is excellent. She solved any problem I had. Can't wait to show Grandma.

They are professional, caring, have a well kept facility, and are helpful keeping me informed about my Mom. This gives me peace of mind that Mom is happy and well cared for at the cottages. Awesome in my book!

I enjoyed my tour of this community. You never know when you might need assisted living. I would definitely live in Springhill. The staff is great & very helpful.
