Paramount Senior Living

The staff members at Paramount Senior Living are very friendly and just wonderful. The value is great, it is very inexpensive. Their services are good, and they all have been extremely helpful. If we ever need anything we are able to get into contact with them immediately, the communication is excellent The have a lot of activities there, are loved one really enjoys getting her nails done, and watching her favorite TV shows with the other residents.

We chose Paramount Senior Living because we needed to find someplace with availability as well as we were impressed when we toured this facility. They were able to care for her at a cost that was better than most other places than we saw. They have options on room sizes, I do wish the one my mother was in was a little bigger. My mom is happy with the food that they have provided here. During COVID, the facility held a parade. They did do window visits during the pandemic as well as face time visits. They have been as flexible as they can be. The best part of the community is that it is not as polished, everybody is real and friendly. There are constant visitors here which is a great sign to me. It is smaller and more intimate, people really know her.

We chose Paramount Senior living mainly for the location. The room sizes seemed adequate, My mother had a studio and it was perfect size for her. She did not complain about the food, she thought it was good. My favorite part about the community wold be the staff members, they were really good with my mother. I would recommend this community.

We chose this community because it was recommended to us and it is close to home. The room sizes are very nice. The food is not very good, they do not have a big variety and it is a lot of seafood. We chose Paramount Senior Living at Bethel Park because of the location, the first impressions of the staff members, and the size of the room for your money. The rooms are decently large, she has a bedroom and living room, kitchenette and bathroom. The food right now is hit or miss with COVID. They do not have as many activities provided as some other places. She participates in some of the activities though such as BINGO. They did seem to have more activities before COVID. My mom is very happy here and the staff is awesome. I would recommend.

Toured this community with my husband and I have to say the place seemed stellar! There was this really wonderful feeling of family amongst the staff and residents! We truly felt welcomed by the staff and they were extremely helpful and kind with answering our questions!

I have been very pleased with everything there. I have been please with the staff. I have not had any issues. The food is good. The rooms are spacious. My husband is in memory care. They have secured outdoor space.

I looked all over the area, Paramount Senior Living was the most cost effective option. They also had the most friendly staff.They offered lots of activities. They have outdoor space. The staff is kind..It is working out well for my parents.

My Brother and Sister-in-Law entered Paramount Senior Living the week before Christmas, out of medical necessity, one in Skilled Nursing and one in Personal Care. From the first day, the entire staff has been helpful, kind, respectful, and very caring. My in-laws progressed so well that they were able to room together within 6 weeks, thanks to the excellent nursing care they received. Paramount considers where the resident can best be cared for while at the same time considering where the resident can best be free to live a high quality of life. The staff have all extended themselves to support my relatives in a very human way. It has been a very successful transition for them and they plan to stay a Paramount Senior Living.

I was impressed with the professionalism with the staff and the genuine concern of the residents there during my visit and tour. This is a community I feel will take care of your loved ones this is the reason I have decided to have my Mother and Stepfather enter the aCommunity. One thing to note there are no fountains and frills in the entrance lobby they make up for the frills with genuine care. There is a courtyard for the residents to enjoy the outdoors and plant there own small gardens or flowers. There is a chef on staff who makes fresh food for all meals for the residents. The residents are served there meals and not a cafeteria style tray actual menu food. I feel that anyone's loved ones will be served with the utmost respect and caring atmosphere. My mother is 88 with Alzheimer's. We moved her in February. This has been a wonderful place for her. The staff is warm and friendly and very accommodating. There are activities for her throughout the day. The place is clean and quiet. Summer evenings many of the residents gather on the porch and enjoy the sunset and the camaraderie. It is just a wonderful place for her to be. And the price is extremely reasonable. I would definitely recommend this residence. Mom is in very good hands.

Genuine , caring and skilled.

Paramount was a wonderful place and way better than most of the higher priced facilities. The management was very nice and easy to work with. I did have issue with the doctor. Being my mother's legal guardian, she was like a minor, so I was in-charge of approving or denying any medications and keeping all doctors on the same page as to what other doctors said. After her cardiologist said for her not to take a particular medication, the in-house doctor prescribed it. After I informed the nurse she was not to take the med per her specialist, it was given to her anyway against my instructions and with out my knowledge. This is not the managements fault, as with any facility, family have to stay on top of everything all the time. This the result of the poor communication between the doctor and the family. I never got to speak with the actual doctor, or his PA, NP, or one of the nurses, even though I requested several times and showed up when the doctor was suppose to be there....he never was there when I come during his scheduled visit times nor did he ever call me.

I placed my relative in Paramount Senior Living at Peters Township six years ago. She is still there and has thrived in the warm and supportive environment that Paramount provides. It is an exceptional senior residence, always smelling clean, with caring staff and good tasting food. I frequently ask my relative if she is happy there and she confirms, "yes, this is a great place for me to live."

Loved this place. Director showed me around and seemed to genuinely care. Nice feel to it. My loved one would fit right in. Definitely 1st on my list. Not far from our home. A win-win. Very pleased to have found it.

This is a beautiful facility, clean and well maintained.

The community is warm and welcoming. Every time we went in the staff was interacting with the residences, we've seen staff dancing with the residence when entertainment was there. We've been very pleased with the care all the staff has given our loved one. She was on a tight budget and they were able to accommodate her needs. We would highly recommend them to friends and other family members.

Paramount is a great facility. My grandma lives here and I am confident that she is being well taken care of.
