We are really pleased and impressed with Paramount Senior Living. I would tell others that the staff were excellent, friendly, and helpful. No matter what time we were able to get through to a staff member. The residents seemed happy here. They had an ice cream get together each day at 3 pm. It was great for the residents. This is a smaller community and has a friendly atmosphere.Reviewed on A Place For Mom
I had a fabulous tour at Brookdale this morning! Everyone I met, both Staff and the residents were very kind and engaging people. The facility was bright and clean. Some residents were out in the community and others lingered in the dining room. As I was leaving, two musicians were beginning to entertain for the lunch hour. [Removed]was just terrific and made me feel welcome.Reviewed on A Place For Mom
My first impression was not good. We had a tour scheduled with a gentleman named [name removed] at 1:00. He was a no show. We shown around by one of CNA's who was pleasant but not as knowledgeable. The rooms were small but clean and the community itself is clean. It seems a little dated. They offer plenty of activities to keep a person busy. Looking at just the community on a scale of 1-10 I would rank 8. The fact that [name removed] could not be bothered to let us know that he would not be there, left me to think there are other things he might neglect.Reviewed on A Place For Mom
