Clean and intimate setting the staff are open and welcoming. We love it here. They have activities like reading and discussions, sing along and movies that they bring in for the residents to watch and stay busy. They also have chair yoga and more.

It is a really friendly place. Very welcoming. Both the staff and the residents are friendly. The food is okay was better when the dining room was open. The room sizes are adequate. There is pond ,walking path and patio out back. Lots of outdoor space.

I toured here and it was okay. It’s a huge facility. I think if I lived here, even I would get lost because it’s so big. But the facility itself seemed to be well cared for and maintained. Probably because it’s larger, there were more options and services available. They had a very large staff as well. I think overall it was a lot bigger than what my parents would’ve been comfortable with. They had a few different amenities and activities to offer like a big chapel, crafts, games, and there was a salon onsite

My loved ones love their apartment here. The staff have been really great. I do feel they could do more with the activities they offer. The community is clean and the grounds are beautiful. This community is in a good location. They offer ten meals a week and the food is ok. They do seem to charge a little too much for what they offer. I would recommend taking a look at this community.

We have been pretty satisfied with Cottagewood so far. They have worked very well with us through a difficult time, and we appreciate it. I would give them a four or four and a half. We don't have any major complaints.

A safe place for Mom Cottagewood Memory Care has proven to be a excellent choice for placement for our Mom. She is getting settled in (which as everyone who is in the position) takes awhile to adjust. They serve great family style meals that the residents if they want can help with. Our Mom has a great roommate and they hit it off right away. Mom does get anxious once and awhile and the staff calls one of the children to have her talk to them. All and all I feel that Cottagewood was a good choice for us. It is a small, friendly, Memory care facility.

As you can tell, I think they do everything consistently very well. It was by far the best value from the places we looked at. So far my mother has had a good experience and I would highly recommend it to anyone else.

Things are going pretty well. It's very clean and the staff is friendly, and attentive. They have lots of activities, and I have eaten there several times and have been very pleased. They have a good variety on their menu to choose from. We were supposed to get a storage locker with the room, and there just aren't enough to go around, for now we are renting a garage. Also new residents get an ambassador to show them around, but that is a few days after they move in, it would be nice if that happened a little quicker. We chose them based for a few reasons, price and location of course, but also it was more homey than our second choice, and my parents really liked the chapel there.

This community would be better if there were people that had more in common with me. Some departments of the community are improving and you can see the difference. The food service is one of the area improving. The food service staff seemed not to care before but since they have got a new manager they have really been shaping up. They are doing a much better job and you can tell they will continue to improve. It is a country like setting with a few garden spots where residents can request to grow a garden.

Everything is pretty wonderful except her mom and laundry can messy at times. Meals are amazing and room size is generous. The only bad thing is the laundry put away is disorganized and her room can be messy, like the bathroom needs to be wiped down and the floors cleaned.

Pretty facility, room layout choices are quite nice. Mom's studio is a good size and very comfortable for her. Friendly tenants - my mom has made lots of new friends. They have a nice variety of activities almost every day. They have had some turnover and trouble finding enough help, but I think that's universal. My mom is in independent living right now but love that if she needs assisted living, she won't have to move. Mom's rent includes 10 meals/month in the dining room and she likes that she can choose when she uses them and when she can choose her favorite featured meals. She says the food is "pretty good". She loves Hayden Grove!

The place is very new, bright, and cheerful. Absolutely nothing like the "home" my grandparents went to! The staff seems to really work hard to make the whole experience easy for the customer. Very, very happy I chose Talamore for my Mom!!!

It's a very nice place to live. It's expensive compared to some other communities. but the daily care she gets is very nice. I think the apartment size are average. They offer daily activities, which is very nice.

It's a beautiful building, very well designed and decorated. It's less expensive than other popular places. The food is quite good. Nearly all the staff are kind and good people. Some of the aides are not careful about details like properly administering meds, or correctly putting in hearing aids. That is my main concern. But I think that would be the case elsewhere.

Be prepared for additional fees for every small service - making a bed, meal brought to the room, etc. Prepare to bring your loved one toilet paper, Kleenex, soap, Depends, etc. are not provided. Woodbury has major water issue due to 3M contamination of the aquifer. Until that is fixed, the city is recommending bottled water. Prepare to bring cases of water regularly for your loved one to drink. Staff turnover seems frequent - aids, nurses and maintenance. Communication with management and staff is problematic and often not taken to completion. Beautiful building, but lots of room for improvement in many areas. Unsure about recommending Talamore to others, but also know that every Assisted Living and Memory Care seem to have many of the same issues.

NorBella Savage provide great care to the residents and prepares great food! We would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

Many of the staff members there have changed over the past year which has upset my mother in law. However, based on the experience we have had we would recommend Amira Choice to other families.

They are friendly and helpful. I don't know about the food, even the basics seem like very poor execution. No flavor and overly salty, it even looks unappetizing. The activities never seem to change, just adding a little variety would be nice so that it appeals to a broader audience such as visits to museums or local libraries or historical places, etc.

The community is in a accessible location. It is very clean. Staff are caring and accessible for residents, always greet you with a smile. Happy environment. Care is as good as can be expected - maintenance and housekeeping are great. It is difficult to satisfy the variety of palettes and food likes. There are enough activities to keep one busy most of the days satisfactory religious experience. The value for the money can't be beat!

There was a changeover of staff several months ago and things seemed to get better. There were a few questionable moments in the first several months. For memory care specifically. Staff seem to know [name removed] well. They know his likes and dislikes. They make sure to include him in activities. David seems very content.
