I have lived at GP for 2 years in Independent Living. The staff has been friendly and supportive. The facility is bright and clean. I am very happy here.

Walking in the receptionist was very pleasant, the sales director [name removed] showed me all areas of the community. While walking through we were greeted by multiple staff. The community is full of unique spaces including a stunning terrace. Many options in styles for apartments. Plus they have an age in place type of community.

We are setting up some als carte AL services and it has taken a while to meet with people and get things started. But they are very nice. We cannot rate the activities because my dad doesn't participate but they have many coordinated things

It’s been about two months now since my dad moved into Talamore and it’s been nothing short of a blessing. My sisters and I all agree that he’s not the same man we’ve gotten used to knowing the last few years— he’s a better version. A healthy and happier version. A year ago I would’ve never thought that my dad would be the one going down to exercise or participating in resident council. My recent visits lately consists of him telling me what exciting activity he did the day before and what new friend/neighbor he’s met. I owe it all to the staff for their continuous compassion and ability to encourage individuals like my dad to break out of their shell.

My family needed to move my grandmother into memory care quickly after some health concerns. Talamore Woodbury was warm and welcoming from the moment we entered the building. The care team works so hard to make my grandmother feel special and cared for. There are always activities going on to keep her active. Definitely no regrets with Talamore!

When I walked into the new Talamore building in Woodbury, I was immediately greeted and welcomed by a friendly face. I toured and it is so impressive and beautiful! As a nurse, I also asked a lot of questions about the quality of care my mom would receive if she moved here. I had all my questions answered and felt like I mattered. I met the Director of Nursing and the Executive Director during my tour as well. I observed the current activities going on all around me. Having previous experience in assisted living, I was very impressed by what I saw. We decided to have my mom move to Talamore sooner rather than later so we could have more choice of rooms. I would recommend touring Talamore so you can see what it's all about. You won't regret it!

The team at Talamore is so welcoming! From meeting [name removed] for a tour, speaking with the nurse to discuss cares for my mother, then going over the lease with [name removed], both my mother and myself felt so cared for and respected. I highly recommend this facility.

I was wowed by the overall class and beauty of Talamore. The staff was super friendly and inviting. The apartments are beautiful. I never thought "senior living" would look like this! I encourage anyone even thinking about moving, to check this place out!

I would rate a 5 for all. We've been very happy with Norbella Savage. It has been a great home for my mom. The staff are all very nice, which is not the case everywhere. My mom is happy with food and activities. I also like that their payment system is simple and straightforward, with just 4 care buckets, rather than a point system where it constantly changes. You know what you are paying every month. And we're actually paying less at Norbella where she has nurses right outside her room and better oversight than we paid at her last residence that was a larger facility and more like apartment living. Overall I'm very happy with Norbella and my mom is too.

The staff at The Glenn Hopkins is helpful and everyone seems to like what they do and where they work, which is important for these residents. The food is unfortunately very bad and the service in the dining room is untrained and scattered. They definitely need help on this front, but the overall care from the facility outweighs this negative.

NorBella Prior Lake has been great across the board. The facility has clearly focused on providing compassionate and kind care to their residents.

I realize my mother is on a special diet that means she needs it cut very small but a lot of the time she gets mush! I think they try but I'm not sure about the head of meal services! My mom has been at The Glen for 18 mos. It took her awhile to acclimate to the schedule. Now she is really involved with staff, events and crafts. Making new friends everyday! Our brother died in January and she was surrounded with very caring people, staff and residents. Did I mention mom will be 98 in August!

Talamore met some specific needs that we could not find elsewhere. Foremost, commitment to keeping my parents together, despite their conditions being different. Caring, responsiveness, compassionate and understanding staff.

Very well, and the employees are wonderful. No complaints.

I was worried about my friend adjsuting to the new community and making friends. When I visit, I always find her with a group of ladies doing fun stuff. I am now thinking about moving in.

Having lived at 3 Senior Living properties in the twin cities area, I speak from experience. Talamore is superior in every respect.

The staff are caring and have made this transition for my mom easier. The facility is clean. The food is good. It is peace of mind leaving my mom in their care between my visits. The activities have been a good way to get my mom active and socialized.

Fabulous. Great, brand new facilities. Felt much more like a hotel/resort than an old folks home which we thought would be more appealing to loved one's husband since he was more appropriate for independent living than assisted living. Good level of activities and community available. Not overwhelmingly large. Particularly loved that in addition to typical levels of care available, also have some quasi-hospital suites next to nurse's station for when things get more serious or loved one needs highest level of care. Didn't love that it is in a congested area near high-rises/highways but that made it sooooooo convenient to our house and we as adult children could have been dramatically more helpful. Alas, could not convince them to leave Iowa, even for a couple of respite months.

Friendly staff. Beautiful accommodations. Been a turnover of staff lately that has been upsetting to my mother in law. Staff is very friendly, though. Lots of activities as long as there isn't an outbreak of Covid. And when there is an outbreak of Covid they take it very seriously which as a family member I greatly appreciate. No housekeeping. There is a woman in the building that does it on the side but that has been on and off. My mother in law really likes her, but she doesn't show up all the time.

The activities are fabulous. Their transportation van is Wheelchair friendly. Great crafts. They allow dogs. Haircuts are offered. I visit every week.
