I needed to know if my wife who is physically handicapped but who is mentally healthy could receive the care she needs and feels as happy as might be possible given her disabilities. The information given to us and seeing the physical facility gave us a very positive, YES. We appreciate the time [name removed]took to inform us.

It is a very nice, clean, modern facility. The staff have been very accommodating. We appreciate all the activities you can attend if wanted. We don't worry about our loved one when we are not there.

Mom loved her time at Talamore of Woodbury. It felt like a SPA and Mom loved all of the fun activities. From traveling zoo to happy hour, she loved all of the variety. Excellent restaurant quality food, loved the atmosphere. Just a superb experience. When Mom passed, the staff’s compassion was overwhelming. It brings our family such joy knowing that Mom had such good care.

It's a nice place. Only issue I've had is trying to switch from Assisted living to independent. I thought the process would be quicker and easier.

Staff rocks great caregivers. They're kind and family oriented. I wish there were more opportunities to go outside in memory care as a group.

We chose Global pointe because it was the best fit for the care needs of my parents. The staff is very friendly and the team works hard to train and retain staff.

It's clean and the people are friendly. My mom thinks the food is just okay. Sometimes getting help with things like mounting the TV or getting the tv set up with the direct TV takes up to a week. I would recommend them to others. My mom is having some trouble settling in and making it feel like home, but I think that's more my mom than the facility.

The staff at Talamore are very nice, helpful, friendly and approachable. They go out of their way for us to have a pleasant experience. My loved one has 19 meals included in her rent and she has liked everything she has tried, especially the build your own omelet and the fish. The building is very clean and my mom enjoys going down for coffee every morning. Move in process went smoothly and the maintenance manager was very accommodating to our needs. Making friends is easy in the communal areas and during the many activities that are provided. We would definitely recommend The Talamore Woodbury for all of the above reasons!

Mom is doing very well at Hayden Grove. I know they have had some employment issues & changes. They have kept communication open. [name removed] doesn't need much assistance so it hasn't affected her . We are pleased.

Beautiful new facility, fully staffed by kind, capable professionals. Responsive admin. Also chosen because of memory care bed availability.

I think the staff is great and it's a beautiful clean facility! Because they just opened in March they have a few things to tweak and figure out but seem to be working on them.

Staff are super kind, helpful, and pleasant . The facilities are new, clean and bright/cheerful. It's a place you like to be in. Generous size apartments. Very comfortable.

All are 5. We are very happy with everything . My dad seems to really like it. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend The Glenn Hopkins community to other families.

I love Global Pointe. It is always clean, inviting, warm and residents are so kind and welcoming@ The staff will take great care of you. Always activities to do, and a great location.

My loved ones are residents at Talamore Woodbury. The staff respond quickly and are very nice. The housekeeping is good. We have had some issues with a few communication items, for example, trying to get their cable hooked up was an ordeal. The move in process was good; they have a special area with carts and also double doors, so it worked well. It is pricey, but I would recommend Talamore Woodbury to others.

I work with many downsizing seniors. This is a beautiful building and [name removed] and the staff are incredibly friendly and genuinely care about making this feel like home. It is a great location and easy for families from all over the city to access.

We moved here in January 2020 and after my husband dies, I said I wanted to stay here- even if I had to live in the garage- wasn't moving!

I'm in Independent Living, so I still cook my own meals. The facility is beautiful, the staff is great, and the residents care about each other. There are tons of activites. My children are thrilled that I am taking advantage of many fun things.

I've been here for almost 3 years. I'm happy and like the facility. I workout daily with a trainer and play Trivia on Tuesdays. I enjoy the people and the activities. I'm on Assisted Living and have all of my meals in the dining room. Great people here.
