Our Caregiver is a Great Caring Person. She evaluates and helps each person for their needs. You can have as much help or as little depending on your needs or loved ones need. I have recommend her to my sister and friends.

I recommend Amada because the people run an efficient process and work with you. If the main caretaker was not going to be able to make her scheduled day, Amada would call and give you a substitute beforehand each and every time, therefore no gaps or rushing to find someone to cover. Our caretaker was great, billing rate reasonable. My father has passed but because of Amada he spent his final days at home not in an institution.

Home instead has been providing care for our parents and we have been very pleased with the staff and the care they are giving our parents. I would highly recommend them. I liked the fact that they have a care plan for our parents and the staff are to abide by the plan.

When our family was looking for some help take care of our brother, we were put in contact with Happier At Home. Their services were excellent from start to finish very informative and helpful They came for a home visit to see what our needs were. Communication was easy The best part was the caregiver! She was wonderful and my brother has so happy with her services! [name removed] was very compassionate to our family during this difficult time

They listen to us and check in regularly. They always make sure the caregiving shift is covered. I don't think they have a minimum amount of hours required, but don't really know. We have them scheduled for 4 hours a week.

The owner is just terrific - so understanding and compassionate with dealing in stressful situations. All caregivers offered wonderful care to my father and were interactive with him while he was able to interact. HomeWell's was very willing to work with the schedule we required for my father's care, I would not hesitate to contact them again if I needed to.

The caregiver cornerstone sent us has a wonderful attitude and constant smile. She shows love, concern, and does activities with my husband. I couldn’t have found a more dedicated person than her. She encourages him and helps him with all his needs.What a blessing she is. She goes with us to Birmingham appointments. A lot of stress has been removed from me by her help.

They arrive when scheduled except for rare cases where they had issues that they had to take care of. Home Instead found replacements quickly.

I used Right at Home to take care of my mom for a couple of months before her passing and they did a really great job. The office was so supportive in knowing who to send to my mom due to her condition. The caregiver they sent connected really well with my mom and it was nice to be able to leave for a couple of hours knowing she was cared for. When my mom went into the hospital, Right at Home kept checking in on me to make sure I was okay. Even after she passed suddenly, they sent a card and let me cry on the phone. They made me feel like I was apart of their family and I couldn't be anymore thankful. They have a great team there and their caregivers are well trained.

Right at Home was able to help give me respite as my wife's dementia progressed. I was able to attend my weekly church gatherings knowing the two caregivers they assigned to my wife took great care of her. They always showed up on time, stayed longer if I was late coming back and made sure to provide her personal care and companionship while I could get away. Even in the last month before [name removed] had to move into a memory care unit, Right at Home was able to staff the extra shifts I needed. Right at Home is a great place to have take care of anyone's spouses especially with dementia. The office and caregivers knew how to handle [name removed] with care, compassion and empathy.

A representative came to my home and we discussed my needs and how Cornerstone could help. We decided on a plan and signed paperwork with a begin date. The office manager wasn't going to honor the plan that the representative made & signed with me. The office manager was mean, rude and didn't care what arrangements were previously made. Things were going to be done HER way. I don't need that kind of rudeness, so I canceled my agreement to use this company. As I was getting ready to hang up, she quickly agreed to the original terms. The caregivers that came to my home were always on time and were prepared to take care of my husband. They were kind & gentle with him while accomplishing all of my goals each day. They also cleaned up after my husband and emptied any full trash cans. It was the needed help that I was looking for and was worth the money for the help.
