It was not a very good experience. They sent somebody different every Sunday. One day nobody showed up at all. They sent out the schedule from a person who didn't have their business name on his emails, so it kept going to my junk mail. It was just not a pleasant experience. There was one caregiver that we did like, but the owner was very threatening to me about not hiring her outside of their company, which I never even asked to do in the first place. They also basically told me that they specialize in staffing for care facilities, so I'm not sure why they were working with us for home care in the first place. It just was not a good fit.
