I don't think my experience is a reflection of [name removed], the man who owns the company. The help he was getting wasn't great. Caregivers weren't showing up, and would lock themselves in the bathroom & fall asleep for an hour while my mom was unattended. A lot of things kept coming up back to back with them. When [name removed] was made aware, he let go of those people. As soon as something happened with the caregivers, he made sure to discharge them. He didn't have the help he needed to give the care he promised. My mom was in such dire need for care and reliability, that we eventually had to move her into an assisted living community. We only used Complete Homecare for about 9 days before we made that decision. The service we received was not consistent or of quality. We had a couple people come in who were great. The people on the weekend were amazing, on time and very prompt. The rest of them were a nightmare. They didn't seem well vetted and would often no-call no-show, or fall asleep while we were paying them. I think that he will eventually get a helpful group of caregivers. I feel terrible saying negative things, because it wasn't really his fault, but this is what happened to us. I would still recommend people to check out Complete Homecare, maybe [name removed] has better staff now. I really felt like he was trying to get the right people in, but couldn't.

Get their services if you can. They provide excellent care. I've appreciated their support with cooking, cleaning, washing, and babysitting.
We have had a few bad experiences and have not had any resolutions with them. I have referred some friends but with caution due to issues we have experienced.

We have been using this service for a couple of weeks and they are working with us to get a more permanent caregiver. They made setting up the service easy and the manager is very good. I wish they had a broader range of caregivers.
The caregivers that come out to the house are on time and very nice. They help around the house and with mom's personal needs. Setting up the service was an easy process and they explained everything.
