But Aura is a different kind of eldercare resource, even without any hospital discharge or long term need for elder care.\n\nOf all of Aura’s caregivers, who are all trained to support seniors and implement any individualized plan for the elderly, my Mother loves her particular caregiver, [name removed] Weekly, [name removed] brings a different type of “assisted living;” they go together to the shops, the pharmacy, the vet. A hospital discharge is not always easy, especially if we do not have a “plan” for a parent waiting. But Aura was there for me and my dad and were standing by – literally – upon his discharge to ensure his safe transportation and transition. I haven't had much interaction with the office staff, but the ones who came out in the beginning were very pleasant. I would rate them a 4/5 even though I haven't had much experience with them.
