We had one caregiver that got to comfortable and sat on her phone all day and didn't engage or care for my mom. I had cameras so I knew what was going on. I notified the owner immediately and within a couple of hours that caregiver was gone. They were amazing. After that caregiver was gone I requested another one that was my favorite. She took amazing care of my mom and engaged with her all day. I never had to check my cameras because of the trust I had in her. The owner worked really hard to get the caregiver I wanted with my mom even with her busy schedule. If I had an issue, it was addressed immediately.
