Oliver Woods does have a nursing home type of feel, rather than a homey one. they could also improve on the meals and dining. sometimes the food is served cold, in which case my loved ones and other residents will complain to them. the food should have more of a variety in sides to what's being served as the main dish. the ambiance during dinner is really dull, it feels like a cafeteria rather than a restaurant or community gathering. this can easily be fixed by playing some music or maybe facilitating some sort of activity? overall this community has a lot of kind and caring people, my loved ones like it here.
