Not long thereafter, mom’s condition deteriorated and we had to move her into the memory care unit. This was not an easy process. \nHowever, [name removed] and her staff were so kind and understanding that they made the transaction very doable. Several weeks later, mom had to be admitted into hospice. Two weeks later she passed.\nWestbrook staff of [names removed] could not have been any more sympathetic, understanding and helpful to mom and our families needs.\nMom was treated by the nurses and the nursing aides like our mom was their mom.
