What impressed me the most about The Waterford is they have their own director in the memory care section. She gave me her cell phone number. I can text her, and she responds immediately and investigates whatever the issue is. She told me personally if I have any concern at all to please let her know. She is excellent. I think my loved one is receiving pretty good care. My only complaint is I don't think they're taking her to he bathroom enough.... Read more

We toured the facility in considering moving my mom closer to us. The location is fantastic for North Arlington residents. we worked with the sales staff who were knowledgable and very very helpful. Their head nurse was sent to assess my mother in her current living arrangement and she was very very good and objective in her evaluation. She and my mom hit it off chatted about face creams and skin care routines. The facility itself was clean, modest, and quiet. They have a lovely outdoor space. We did not see too many residents out, but the few we did see out were playing cards. We did not end up moving my mother in, however, I would not hesitate to move her in

It was a great overall experience. You could tell the people there really cared about the residents and about what they do. They continue to check in with me.

If your loved one is more independent and needs little assisted living, this is a great place. If you loved one needs more care the community are not equipped to handle these requests. The staff communication with the family has been okay. [name removed] was fantastic to work with! [name removed] the Executive Director did not returned one phone call to the family during the stay. There was no communication from any staff member to check on my loved one after being admitted to the hospital because of a fall while in the community.

Our family had an in person tour and we spent a few hours here and it was a great tour experience and it was considerably less expensive. This community was one of our top choices.
I very happy with all the services provided. The staff are very nice and caring. [name removed] the activities director does a great job making sure each resident is able to participate and have a great experience with the activities.

My father and I toured this facility when looking for places for my grandparents, we havent decided on one yet but personally ifnit was my decision i would definitely going to be going with the Waterford on Cooper, the proximity to the highway would make visits a breeze! Plus the kind staff and beautiful facility was second to none of the other places we toured

I have heard nothing but good things about this community and the staff there, personally I am getting close to having to find an assisted living community for an elder relative of mine and will definitely going to be going with The Waterford on Cooper for their care. Great staff, and not hard to get to in town like most places.

Everytime I visit the place and is clean and residents roam freely watching TV, getting fresh air, or playing cards. The social media pages are updated frequently, food wise always well regarded and the activity board is always ful.

Response from The Waterford on Cooper
September 8, 2022Laura, thank you for your kind review; we are happy to pass along your comments to the team here at The Waterford On Cooper!
The Waterford on Cooper was a lovely place. It seemed very clean. It was a little more expensive though. The room layout didn't quite fit our loved one's needs, and the location wasn’t quite as convenient for our family. But I thought it was lovely.

August 27, 2022Thank you for your kind words and this wonderful review!
Our family had an in person tour and the tour experience was great, it was a beautiful facility that had all the bells and whistles. We were so impressed especially with their activities program. The activities director was fantastic, and on the memory care side they have activities going on every 30 minutes for the residents. It was cheaper then some other facilities but ultimately just to far away from us.

This has been my home for 7 years. I like the openness and brightness of the building. The staff is caring and friendly. Also, some dietary restrictions I have are met. I am comfortable here and it helps that my family lives near.

March 21, 2022Hi Faye L, thank you so much for your positive comments about The Waterford On Cooper!
I am a resident here and feel very safe and well cared for by the of the facility. One important thing about the facility is the activity program. The Director of that program has made it much for me to be here providing activities and events that keep me in a positive frame of mind. There are no serious issues. I just have plenty of things to do and good care.
