The staff lied to me about the room size our loved one was getting and did not return our calls. Our loved ones room was not cleaned before we schedule the move in. We did not find the staff to be friendly at all. Our loved one never ate a meal there because they had passed before the move in date. Our loved one was charged for services they never received. They also make you sign a one year contract which makes no sense or elderly people. I regret signing the contract.

Sometimes they are a bit understaffed. They are doing the best that they can , with the staff that they have. They are very friendly, and attentive. The care director is very good with communicating, and I am very pleased. The value for the money is good. I would recommend to other families.

The staff at Morada is wonderful. Many of them have been there for 5+ years and they are caring, engage the residents, and compassionate. The Memory Care Community in particular is excellent. They care about the residents like family.

The staffing is great, it's clean, and they have a menu for dinner that allows residents to choose their food. I think they need to personally check on the residents more often, especially if someone doesn't show up for a meal. My dad really liked the food offered and the options I would recommend this place to friends. Also, they need to personally encourage residents to join in on activities.

The process of getting my loved one here, was good. The community was very helpful in getting my loved into the community and settled. The staff are very good to work with. They know my loved one and where to find them, plus they recognize the family when we come to visit. The food is very good, and there are a chef prepared meals. My loved one likes the food being served. Some of the activities available include bible study, bingo, memory game, walks, and more for activities for the residents to choose from. Laundry, housekeeping, the room, medication management, bathing assistance, three meals a day, snacks, and the room are included in the monthly price. There is transportation available for the residents to use. The care the community can provide includes dressing assistance, hygiene care, medication management, bathing, and transfers.

This is a great community we enjoy our self here. We took a trip out of town and they called to make sure that we are okay. We have mad a lot of friends over the time that we have been there and we are happy with those new friendships . The staff are great, the dinning staff are great also and laugh and joke with us. The activity director is funny and keeps us busy, the sales director is also always present and makes sure that we are okay and if we need anything. My loved went to the hospital and they checked on her regularly

I like it here but my mothers apartment is on the second floor and at the end of the hall and my loved one does not want to leave out of the apartment due to getting lost. I have to have my loved ones meals delivered due to this and I am not happy about this. They have started charging for this service and offered for her to move to the first floor but they wanted to charge more for this also. She can not afford the move If my mother was not charged for this service I would have rated higher.

This was a wonderful place. They were very kind and caring during my loved one's stay. The food was good for my loved one, their only complaint is they would have wanted the food to be in smaller pieces. Some of the activities included church services, site seeing trips, bingo and more for the residents to choose from.

We like the size of the apartments which have nice windows with nice natural lighting. The rooms are pleasant, the atmosphere is pleasant. Our biggest problem is the quality of the food and very little meat provided to the residents. We hope here soon that it starts to improve. The value for cost is good.

It is as advertised and it is a nice place. The food has been good to start with and they are trying to improve the food for the residents as well. Some of the activities are puzzles, bingo, happy hour, and more for the residents to choose from.

Our loved one, as the resident, is having more of a positive experience than we are as the family. She likes her apartment, especially the handicapped accessible bathrooms. The other residents all seem happy and nice, but the staff have been dismissive of me and brush off my concerns like they don't matter. A person at the front desk always calls my daughter a boy every time we go in, despite me correcting her. They're having issues following my loved one's lactose intolerance diet. And I would recommend you keep an eye on your bill. We had a random charge that I've called them about every week for the past month, and they just keep saying they'll get back o me. Which they haven't. But they do call me if there's an issue or emergency.

We did a virtual tour with Morada Lake Arlington and it was very helpful and informative. We actually know 2 residents who are currently staying here, but it was just not applicable for my loved one.
The community has allowed the residents to eat in their room. They will bring the food to the residents due to the pandemic. The community has a hair salon on premise. It is worth checking out for your loved one. It seems like a nice enough place.

We did a virtual tour with Morada Lake Arlington (which was Atria at the time we were looking) and we really liked the facility. All of the staff that we had interactions with were very friendly.
They were nice people, it was a great place, and my loved one said she loved the food. The staff could not have been kinder. She just happened to have a stroke several days after she moved in. It was not at all their fault. She just happened to be there when it happened. They were super kind and super good to her, and I would recommend the place to absolutely anybody. I'm still waiting to see about a refund on the one-time, up-front fee that was paid at move-in. So we'll see how that plays out. But they did a great job at making the transition into independent living easier on my loved one. They even published a book on that transition process, called "The Wisdom of Gratitude." I think everybody ought to read it.

From what we are able to see through the windows it is really clean, and there is never anything the staff members wont do for us when we call. They are very accommodating and attentive. Our loved one really enjoys the meals and they just started to bring the dining room service back. During the big freeze, our loved ones building lost power and heat, and the moved all the residents and their beds to the assisted living and moved them all back.
