The Park is a small community that puts a personalized touch on all that they do. The level of care and kindness has exceeded all of my expectations. The initial move-in was a bit scary due to the fact we did not know how mom would react. Their at home atmosphere made the move-in experience nothing but exceptional. The food is amazing. Home cooked meals just like mom likes. Keep up the good work.... Read more

Our family had an in person tour and right away it was just a definite no for us, the person who gave the tour referenced the residents as if they were part of a 3rd world country. The community is much newer and nicer but something was really off.

Our family had an in person tour and we thought overall the tour experience was great
This community was just to big for my loved one.
Our family had an in person tour and it is a really nice community we were very much looking forward to moving our loved one here. However, after the staff evaluated our loved one, her condition was just to high level and extreme for what it seemed like the staff were trained for.
The facility is okay and still very new.
Great visit. Things well explained. Just felt that Memory care was more important than assisted living as memory care had twice as many residents. This was second choice.

A Place for Mom has scored The Park at Bay Area 8 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.
We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.
Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
