If you’re living a mostly independent life, but need a little extra help with day-to-day activities, our senior living community might be the right fit for you. With both assisted living and memory care, you’ll have the care you need, when you need it.
Assisted living can help you with medications, dressing and bathing, as well as services like housekeeping and meals. It's a redefined independence, full of friendships and time for re-igniting an old passion or finding a new one. For memory care residents, we offer a program, also known as Clare Bridge, rooted in “a person-centered approach,” which means we help our residents find a sense of belonging and purpose while also helping them preserve who they are.
You’ll have the care you need if you need it so you can focus on the fun. Here are just a few of the options you can enjoy here at our community:
•Arts and crafts projects
Maybe you’ve always wanted to try an art class. Now you can. How about some game time with board games, cards or bingo? You can be as involved as much or as little as you choose.
For memory care residents, the Daily Path is an evidence-based approach that offers a gentle daily structure of six planned programs per day, which maintain our residents' abilities and encourage the use of their current skills. The programs include a morning cognitive workout with discussions, brain games and physical fitness opportunities like our B-Fit program, walking programs, and dancing.
When it comes to choosing your next home, it’s all about choices-- your choices. Check out our apartment features:
•Several floor plan options including studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments
•Plenty of natural window light
•Lots of storage
•Select apartments have garden views.
•Full kitchens available in select apartments
•Choice of studio, companion suite, and shared private apartments in memory care Private bathroom
Our memory care community features areas of the community that are set up for safe engagement in gardening, kitchen work, handyman help, and other household and normal daily tasks. Life skills activities provide a sense of purpose, meaning and belonging as residents complete tasks related to everyday life.
Your wellness is supported by collaborative care partnerships between your family, our care associates and other healthcare providers. Your customized care plan means you only pay for the services you need and want. And we’re flexible, so when your needs decrease or increase, your plan and its cost do, too.
And if you need memory care in the future, you’ll have person-centered Alzheimer's and Dementia Care within the same community campus. Along with our programming, you’ll find comfort knowing that our trained staff is on-site 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Reviews of Brookdale Pearland
Felt welcome and given an opportunity to express one of the hardest decisions I have ever make. Facility is welcoming and staff in the memory care home was open to questions and allowing me to take a tour....
We didn’t tour the memory care unit. Most of the options were 3 people to a room, which would not be appropriate for my mom. The Brookdale rep we met with was very helpful, informative, and kind.
- Mom loves this place.
Mom has only been there for a week, but I think she will love it. It's a quite community.
