Haven't had laundry done properly in months.it takes 24-48 hrs for laundry. Revolving door staffing. The business was sold shortly after my parents moved in and they haven't quite got it together yet. The staff used to sit at a desk on each floor. Now they moved into a closed room not easily available to staff or residents. The desks all sit empty now

Sometimes due to staffing, meal service is slow; would like to see lunch and dinners start at 11 and 4 respectively. The concierge staff is great! More daily activities are needed and staff should do more to encourage residents to attend.

My loved one is currently a resident at Anthology of Northville and the experience has been very good so far. The friendliness is great. The cleanliness, quality of care and staff are good. This is a nice community. The staff is friendly and helpful
What we like most about the Anthology of Northville is the meals in the dining room. The meals that are prepared are very good. Also the activities even though my mom doesn't take part in any of them. I would recommend Anthology of Northville especially for a senior that can still take part in the activities.

Above and beyond staff
We chose Anthology of Northville because they had transportation to places, lots of activities provided, the size of the 2 bedroom apartment is great, and it is just overall a beautiful place. The minute we walked in we were very impressed, everyone was so friendly and they go out of their way. For example, one lady in the restaurant will make special things for my mom because she knows how picky she is.
The experience has been great and we would definitely recommend Anthology to others looking.

They're very prompt when following up
Anthology of Northville is a nice facility; it's clean and the location is convenient.
They're on par for the course compared to surrounding communities, and it's better than where my loved one was previously. It's better because they actually follow through on our questions and requests. Communication between the community and our family is good. They're very prompt when getting back to us about our concerns. They also make sure to follow up with us right away. Overall I would recommend Anthology of Northville to others.

dissatisfied with care in the Memory Care facility
turnover very high and most of the aids are from outside agencies. How can they be trained in dealing with dementia? they cant. Don't bother with a Care Plan, its not followed or read. Just a couple of good people the rest are there for a paycheck and spend time conversing with each other instead of the residents. Poorly managed.
Great salespeople but level of care touted was not there. We are looking for another memory care facility for mom now, we won't stay.

Not even fully licensed
My parents had been there when they opened and they had growing pains. After leaving for one year, my mother required assisted living agian. They took our deposit, did paperwork and nurse assessment, signed contract, given a key and move my mother's property in. Then the next day a phone message from their sales saying the State of MI won't allow new residents. We are out thousands of dollars from extending skilled nursing until we could do a second mover to another facility. The State of MI found them responsible for the above. The staff still "sells" Northville only at the Novi location. They still don't have a full license to take new residents. See Indeed.com for reviews. If you notice on this site, the high reviews are anonymous. And if you check other sites for reviews, I recognize some names to be staff! We are now in small claims court to recoup an 85 year olds savings from the delay in finding a place.
