I have eaten here with my father before and the food is adequate. It is portioned good and had a decent taste. The place is always very clean they do a very good job in that department. Everything is arranged nicely. My father seems to really be improving since he moved here.

I like the place, looks clean but rooms are too small. I don't think my sister in law will be comfortable without her recliner and big bed. Too bad because the price is really affordable with a lot of included services.

Like many, I didn't like Rialto place when I drove up because of the way it looked and the residents hanging around outdoors. As a result, I selected another facility which was much nicer but pricier. As the rates continued to increase each year and my aunt's care began to decline, and required more care, I began visiting other locations. Visiting Rialto again, I recently moved my aunt into this facility, and found both the caregivers, nursing staff and housekeeping to be excellent! Yes, it's outdated. It's winter, and they have a tendency to keep the building cooler at this facility (which I have addressed with the administrator). At the other facility she could control her own room temperature, so we miss this. But, after paying two times the price for the same level of care at a more prominent facility, I'm disappointed in myself that I didn't move her here sooner. The administrator was great and easy to work with; adding new carpet and painting the room prior to move-in. Like all facilities, there are various residents requiring different levels of care. But overall, the residents are friendly. I've visited during one of the 3 daily meals provided and found the food to be good (which my aunt vouches); they even offer snacks in the evening. After breakfast, many of the residents meet shortly to pray together and sing a couple of songs. It's fun to watch the residents all meet in the front of the big-screen TV after dinner to watch a movie together. She says the residents know her favorite seat and try to save it for her. The staff is personable with the residents, and actually tell me or call me of any concerns they may have regarding my aunt, her health, or to make suggestions on products to help improve her care (none of which ever occurred where she originally stayed). Now that she is getting older and her health may continue to decline, I feel more secure in this staff taking care of her; and just to think that I won't see any significant increase in the cost of her care of a result is a real blessing.

Is OK, most people living there are somewhat mentally troubled. The food is OK, cooked well, the help is friendly, courteous and do a great job.

Surprisingly this facility wasn't as bad as I had heard. There were a few people outside enjoying the sunshine, while indoors, several were sitting in the common area watching TV together. There is a reading room and two people were in there, reading the newspaper and magazines. The areas were both clean and clean smelling. The dining area was very large, with many tables and chairs. Empty spots at some tables didn't have chairs but that was to accommodate residents that were in wheelchairs. Some of the carpeting in the dining room did need a little bit of cleaning but overall it wasn't so bad. I kind of liked the place however, I need to consult with my brother. I want to offer him at least 3 or 4 different places, just one won't do....

I had a very nice tour of this facility and thought it was very nice, I don't need a bard and care situation, if I did this would be my choice.

It was just a really run down place. the carpets were terrible. There were a bunch of people sitting outside and it looked like they didn't have anything better to do. It didn't look good to me. I just didn't have a good feeling about it. I consider that to be the worst one we saw. As we pulled up I was just surprised, the lawn hadn't gotten mowed. The grass was knee high. I didn't like that they didn't even mow the lawn. It seemed strange to me. That gave us the impression that if they don't care for the facility and make it look nice, do they take care of the residents? It was one of the cheapest but we wouldn't have put our parents there. The value wasn't there.
