Very nice location with several conveniences and shopping nearby. Staff there are great.

They say there’s no place like home and I found my home here at the Villas of Kettering. Since I retired and downsized, my 2 bedroom duplex is just the right size for me. It has LVP flooring, carpeted bedrooms and all new appliances that include both a washer and dryer in my unit. I have a nice backyard and a detached garage too. What I like most about living here is that everything is clean and well-maintained. Whenever I call the office, the staff is always friendly and professional, and the maintenance team responds promptly. If you’ve been looking for a place to stay that caters to senior needs, then look no further than the Villas of Kettering. Whether you choose an apartment or a house, the Villas of Kettering can become your forever home.

I would recommend Christ's Home first. The majority of the staff are very kind, caring and compassionate. They answer call bells in a timely manner. They do their best to figure out when something is not right with the resident.

They are very friendly and have great care, we made a very hard decision, [name removed] has been a huge asset for our family, he suggested adult senior foster homes, this was highly rated and we were extremely lucky that [name removed] chose our Mom, plus, lucky there was an opening.

I feel very happy that I had her there. They excellent cared of her in every way. She was always clean, neat, comfortable, and well cared for. The staff was kind. and I visited her regularly, so she received lots of love and attention passing away peacefully one night. I would give Creekwood 5 in all categories.

We don't get the food but the staff and great administrators are caring and helpful. The value can't be beat. Apartments are large and bright.

Availability of units ready for move in were excellent. Food is good. Staff are helpful and attentive when available.

I love the place & so does [name removed]The workers made to point to make him feel good. They were friendly & he liked that. It took a week or more for him to adjust that I would be back. I still tell him by and I'll be back. You can tell that he likes them all. The food is good and he takes his meds for them.

Our mother was living at home and the care provided by her partner was not sustainable. We were looking for a place that would accommodate and accept a hospice patient. Kimberly Place has been a godsend. The care our Mother receives is the best. No more bed sores, she is eating solid homemade food and gaining weight. While bed bound she is so happy. The staff is so loving. We travel from out of state to visit Mom because we cannot find such a wonderful place closer to us. Thank you for Kimberly Place.

What we like the most about D and P Special Needs Center is all the above especially the cleanliness and sweetness and the caring staff. YES!!! We would recommend this community to other families.

Went on a tour yesterday for my mom and [name removed] guided me thru. She was so wonderful and helpful. Made things easy at a difficult time. I’m grateful I found this facility. My mind is now at ease about making this decision. I would say make this your first stop and save yourself a ton of worry. Thank you all again!

None mobile people have wheelchair access ?, elevator, large hotel style entrance with onsite PROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT with years of MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE! They post live updates on YouTube at NewsforNeighbors. Due your due diligence. RESEARCH new managers and their amazing reputation for restoring communities in Florida. Tour for yourself.

As an outside bystander I visited Palmer Healthcare center to see how the facility was and took note of the cleanliness of the facility. They have a fulltime third-party cleaning crew that keeps the facility as clean as they can. All of the staff are very professional and very approachable/ friendly.

I give Heisinger Bluffs the highest ratings! The only thing she is not thrilled with is the food. Staff is incredibly friendly. Many have been there for years. It's clean has many activities. My mother loves it except for the food. Staff turnover is very low.

My father spent his final years at Summit Care. I'm so glad we found this awesome home for him and I'm grateful for the care and love he received here. I don't say this lightly. He was happy here and we knew he was in very capable hands.

My 96 year old aunt receives excellent care. A pleasant environment for many. Very clean and welcoming. Participation in activities is left up to the resident. Would highly recommend for family members needing assistance. [name removed] and staff are very accommodating to residents needs.

Sunnymere is such a wonderful home with loving staff. . It's truly a wonderful place with beautiful surroundings. [name removed] (executive director) is an awesome person and knows how to treat people with dignity and care.

What the facility lacks in modernization is more than made up for by staff care and friendliness. They are quick to communicate any health issues that occur, respond immediately to ensure resident safety, and follow up rapidly to concerns raised by residents or family members.

During my stay at Heatherwood, I experienced exceptional care. The staff was incredibly attentive, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment. I was particularly impressed by the quality of the meals and, most notably, the physical therapy department. Their teamwork not only helped me make significant physical progress but also supported me psychologically, making my overall stay very positive experience.

It has been a great experience for my father here. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. There is always great activities to enhance the residents life here.
