Since 2001, we’ve specialized in developing high-end senior independent living and personal care and have been established as the premier independent and assisted living choice for seniors in the Marietta, East Cobb, and Roswell neighborhoods of Atlanta. Our remarkable community is nestled in the city of Marietta, distinguished by its rich history, sense of community, and modern quality of life. Situated just 15 miles northwest of Atlanta, Marietta was once deemed one of the 10 best communities in the nation by the National Civic League and, in 2011, was marked by CNN as one of the top 25 places in the U.S. to retire. Residents and visitors alike can travel back in time by touring the lively community’s many history museums, such as the Gone With the Wind Museum, Old Zion Baptist Church Heritage Museum, or the William Root House Museum & Garden. Parc at Piedmont was way too far out for me. We walked in and toured and I cannot put my finger on it, but I just did not feel comfortable here. It is a beautiful facility but way too over-priced. No senior that is on a fixed income would be able to afford this place.
Parc at Piedmont is wonderful. My loved one is doing well there. They're very good about having events that are family-related. And we like the apartment. We're very pleased.

My loved one loved the food during the tour. The community was able to find a friend the first night due to the community having a welcome program for new residents. There are outings that the community provides the residents such as shopping, meals, and more. It would be nice to see the transportation vehicle have an entry step or a step stool to assist the residents in getting onto and off the vehicle. It is such a relief for family to know that our loved ones are able to still be able to get to their doctor appointments and our loved ones are safe and someone is keeping an eye on them. The staff has been able to check on our loved ones and it has made sure that our loved ones are doing well. The family and our loved ones feel it was a good move at the right time.

We don't really use the care services provided at Parc community. My mom moved right before COVID so she wasn't able to participate in any of the activities. The only complaint my mom has with this place is the food. It is not good, they have terrible portion sizes as well as little to no variety to choose from. The times they serve the food at are also not what they originally advertised when we were looking at this community. One of the reasons we chose this community was the room sizes. They are excellent. Also the staff is super friendly she really appreciates how friendly everyone at Parc is. During COVID the staff has tried their best to make life bearable while still being on lock down.

A little pricey. [name removed] indicated it started around $4400-4600 for a one bedroom. Also seems to be a much older population (majority are in their mid 80s) with only a couple people in their 70s

Prices shown are not realistic. Has even good in the past, but management has become non responsive to resident needs. Most important, that are not putting safety of residents as a high priority and there are many safety hazards on the property. At present there is a vacancy for a General manager.

The apartments at this community have small kitchenettes. The community seems clean and they have a heated lap pool. They have an exercise room and a lot of other nice amenities. The people are nice and I would recommend taking a look to see if this is the right community for you or your loved one.

From day 1, and actually even before my mom became a resident at The PARC at Piedmont, the entire staff couldn't have nicer and more accommodating to my mother's needs. Before she even saw her apartment, we had dinner in the dining room, and my mom stated that it was the best filet mignon that she had eaten in 20 years! Everyone and everything at The Parc is first class and the location is excellent for me in my daily travels which allows me frequent visits. We are very thrilled with our choice!

My mother has transitioned very well to the Parc at Piedmont. She has a beautiful sunny apartment that looks out over the courtyard and has been raving about how friendly everyone is and how fun the activities are. From the first day she was met by so many wonderful people and has made many friends in the two short weeks since she moved from Florida. The staff is warm, welcoming, helpful and very accommodating. The food is absolutely delicious and she has enjoyed different specials each evening with her new group of friends. Finding this facility has made all the difference in making the hard transition from a beloved home to a new home where she is thriving. Seeing my Mom so happy and will cared for has really put my mind at ease.

My Dad has been at Parc for 2 years. He is very happy there. The people in management are not as responsive as I would like but they eventually do address concerns. That being said, the bus drivers, concierge staff, housekeepers, etc. could not be any nicer.

Full right now, however we plan on visiting again soon. Independent living apts start on 4th floor, which is higher than we want w/ a dog. The lady who showed us around was very stuffy (a replacement). Overall, ok.

A Place for Mom has scored Parc at Piedmont 8.9 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.
We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.
Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
