Brookdale Hoffman Estates

I would recommend Brookdale Hoffman Estates, for sure. Everyone is very nice and if we had an issue it was addressed right away. Moving in was very easy , they were very helpful with that and with getting paperwork completed quickly etc. Responses are quick. The meals are very good quality and served hot. The only issue we have is with the weekend employees not being as knowledgeable about processes, especially with food delivery and knowing what questions to ask my mom to offer the most assistance.

Moved in while still working full-time. Included meals, housekeeping, and variety of activities made this a great choice. Staff and residents are great. This is more than a community, it's a family.

Brookdale is a safe and interesting place to live. There are many great activities, games, and entertainment to choose each day. Staff are very caring and helpful.

Have been living in Brookdale for 6 months and could not be happier. Residents and staff could not be any nicer and friendlier. Always something to do.

I stayed at Brookdale Hoffman Estates while I recovered from a broken shoulder. I would this place an A++. The food is excellent, great variety. The staff was kind and all the residents are so happy to be living here. I would strongly consider moving here in the future.

Everything is a 5 with the except of the meals and dining service - could is an area they could improve on. However, the atmosphere is so positive w which we certainly need in this topsy-turvy world and feeling safe is another plus more than a plus in this topsy-turvy world

I toured Brookdale Hoffman Estates during my search for an Independent Living facility. This facility is great! The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The staff and value for the cost are great also. I'm looking at moving into this facility.

My family and loved one have had a great experience with Brookdale Hoffman Estates. The staff are very attentive towards our loved one and the other residents. They make it easy to work with them, when the family has questions about our loved one. The community is clean. Everyone seems friendly. Overall, this is a community we would recommend to others for their loved ones.

What we really like for Brookdale Hoffman Estates is their staff team, they are very friendly and really helpful. It is in a really good location and for our loved one to get his usual activities. Based on the experience we have had so far we would definitely recommend this community to other families.

Friendly, fun, and diverse. Food is ok and plenty to do if you want to. Staff is wonderful and very helpful. They offer activiites such as: Bingo, live entertainment, card games,news and views talk ,poker, blackjack, art room, and classes /dinner trips. I would recommend to others, especially if you are still active but want extra care such as meals,laundry, and housekeeping. It's nice to just enjoy life here

Mom had been living with a family member and it wasn’t working out. She was too isolated. We were instantly impressed with Brookdale Hoffman Estates. The common areas are tastefully decorated and immaculate. Mom thought the dining room looked like a resort! She has been living there for two weeks and already has friends to dine with and socialize and yesterday she told me she’s going to learn Bridge. Her apartment is sunny and spacious. She is so happy every time I call her. Our family is so grateful to have found this caring community for our Mom to become part of.

I toured this community and it was excellent. Cleanliness was great and everyone was friendly. The facility is very wheelchair friendly. They didn't have a wheelchair accessible apartment available at the time of our tour, but it was our second choice.

Brookdale Hoffman Estates was fantastic! They were very good to my brother. Unfortunately he progressed to needing more care at a memory care facility.

I really liked Brookdale Hoffman Estates. Unfortunately, they do not offer a 2-person assist which was what my loved one needed at the time that we were looking. You are also not able to age in place here so if the care got worse, he would have to move out. If they would have been able to take him, I definitely would have put him here.

They were very responsive and did what they could. I would definitely recommend. The staff was pretty good. They offered good activities, if the residents were interested in games or going places. The communication could be better after healthcare was provided for my loved one. They provided limited feedback on what ws going on withmy loved, and did not provide too many updates.

I had a tour of Brookdale Hoffman Estates last week and was very impressed with the staff, who were very helpful, knowledgeable, and showed great compassion for the residents that we met along the way. She knew everyone's name and what was going on in their lives. The facility appeared to be very clean and accessible to those who are elderly. I will continue to try to make a decision if I am making the move to sell my home, but Brookdale would be at the top of my list if that were the case. I would highly recomment this community for any who are looking for themselves or family members.

The meals are small, not terrible but not fantastic. They have wonderful singers once a week and a type of "social" once a month, but they could be more daily activities to get them out of their rooms more. Staff is wonderful and I'm so glad we found a good location within her budget.

Even though our loved one did not stay long before having to go to a rehab facility - the facility itself seemed great, the people were wonderful and the value for the money seemed like it was going to be good.
